Santos 1-Bedroom Unit

I made this design for my other friend J who lives in Singapore but has a condo unit somewhere in the South. Since she planned to get her furniture in Ikea, I thought that it's best to have a cozy modern Scandinavian theme using blues, light wood, beige, and a touch of black.

This is actually based on the layout I got from the condo's website, as I have not seen the condo unit itself. However, I pretty much have a good memory on the dimensions since I visited the model unit some time ago. Any which way, there will only be a few adjustments if ever but basically this is what I have in mind.
