This is actually based on the layout I got from the condo's website, as I have not seen the condo unit itself. However, I pretty much have a good memory on the dimensions since I visited the model unit some time ago. Any which way, there will only be a few adjustments if ever but basically this is what I have in mind.

Santos 1-Bedroom Unit
I made this design for my other friend J who lives in Singapore but has a condo unit somewhere in the South. Since she planned to get her furniture in Ikea, I thought that it's best to have a cozy modern Scandinavian theme using blues, light wood, beige, and a touch of black.

The Manaloto Family
The couple wanted a somewhat Minimalist Asian feel to their new home, and so we chose red, wengue, cream/tan as the main color palette.
The Cabana (Entrance to the house)
The Den - Not yet complete, there will be a minibar for entertaining guests

Blue and Cream Living Room
The inspiration board I made below was an alternate design for my living and dining area.
Christmas 2009
Here's our living room area last Christmas 2009. I bought a cream-gold colored Christmas tree that served as a perfect canvas for my orange-copper-gold-red Christmas decor. It suited well with our living room design.
Note that I used bluish-pewter colored curtains that served as a contrast to the generally orange and cream motif. I used glass nesting tables to serve as my coffee table, with a glass bowl filled with golden pears to serve as centerpiece. Damask-printed throw pillows adorned ou cream sofa. The rug is flat and almost "Asian" in design but the fine colors picked up the existing colors of the living room.

Modern Glamour Living Room
I love using earth colors for the living room, and so I came up with this inspiration board to reflect an easy modern glamour living room that could fit both at home and for condo-dwellers too.
Modern glamour theme with cream, earthy orange, gold, and dark chocolate hues
This was how our living room looked like, though now I have changed it a bit!

The Violet Master Bedroom
I wanted the colors violet, black, and white to be our master bedroom's theme, with a hint of neo-Baroque, and so came up with this inspiration board.
We painted our room a subtle violet hue and placed a classic crystal chandelier just like the one in the picture. We had black accent vases and purple accessories to complete the look. The beddings we used consisted of plum-colored linens and sheets and a comfortable white duvet. We used white curtains with black prints. My small white desk that served as a home office had a white Damask lampshade (it used to be black) and purple accessories on top, plus a Louis ghost chair to pair with the table. Our cabinets are all in white with sliding doors to minimize used space

Pink Girly Room
I made this inspiration board for my little girl's room.
It is a mixture of classic-romantic with a hint of modern provided by the lamp and a neo-baroque accent from the glass side table. Hope you enjoy this!

Blue and Mocha for J
My friend J once asked for help on how to spruce up her living room. She wanted something classic and in blue and beige/mocha colors. This was what I suggested to her.
